HCL Technologies is a global IT services provider, and Consumers Energy is the principal subsidiary of CMS Energy and is the 4th-largest electric and natural gas company in the United States. Milton – Fontijne Formitt, a Netherlands-based manufacturing company, has acquired the facilities and intellectual property of Hess Industries, which closed operations in the summer of 2012.
