HCL Technologies is a global IT services provider, and Consumers Energy is the principal subsidiary of CMS Energy and is the 4th-largest electric and natural gas company in the United States. This partnership has led to 120 jobs.

Milton – Fontijne Formitt, a Netherlands-based manufacturing company, has acquired the facilities and intellectual property of Hess Industries, which closed operations in the summer of 2012. The company builds machines for making products like catalytic converters, mufflers, and filtration pipes.
